We have loans for all credit scores. Even our FHA and VA Speacialty Loans allow scores down to 500. Prior bankruptcies, foreclosures and short sales are ok.
Stated Income Program
These loans do not reqire you to provide any tax returns, W2 forms or paystubs. Perfect for those self-employed individuals who have trouble documenting their income.
Unique Property Program
When you have an unconventional property type, these programs can help provide some options. Most residential and income producing property types considered.
