We are often asked by our customers if Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac loans are available for rental properties.
These two Agencies do allow rental properties to be financed under their basic 30 and 15 year fixed rate programs. In fact, these are some of the best loan programs that are available for residential investment properties.

Here are the current (2014) loan limits (for all Sates except Alaska, Guam, Hawaii and the U.S. Virgin Islands):
1 unit – $417,000
2 units – $533,850
3 Units – $645,300
4 units – $801,950

For Alaska, Guam, Hawaii and the U.S. Virgin Islands:
1 unit – $625,500
2 units – $800,775
3 units – $967,950
4 units – $1,202,925
